...Back in Aberdeen :)
Finland was amazing :) My sisters wedding was amazing! She looked so gorgeous, the "party" was chilled out and very much like her and her husband. Loved every bit of it. We partied till 5am, dancing to Finnish folk music, together with all our relatives. Who i hadn't seen in god knows how long....
Helsinki was good too :) I love helsinki during summer (it's good during winter too but summers are just amazing)
I think what would summerize Finland would be:
- Sun, parks and beer
- Russian zombies
- good old dancing
- small cities
- ...........
Many many things
Back to work tomorrow :) Out in town tonight

So in Varkaus at the moment, which to those who don't know is a small tiny little city in Central'ish Finland. Here for my sisters wedding which is on saturday, and to spend time at the amazing thing what the mökki is :) And obviously to visit few of those relatives that for some reason still live here!!! lol
Train ride went fine, slept most of it. And the rest spend ears dropping on some teenagers conversation about "how much cock they had this weekend"... It was rather shocking as these ladies were barely legal.. well actually were they even legal? What's the age for naughty stuff in Finland? Is it 16?
Definately can't wait till mökki :) Sauna,makkara,olut ja uintia... Kuulistaa hyvältä!! Oh and also now i have the finnish ööööööööööööööö and ääääääääääääää to use
well i better go and make sure that Ian and my dad aren't too uncomfortable around one another, considering they don't share a language.. |

I hate saying lovettaa..because it makes no sense but thought it sounded quite funny :)
So been in Finland for over a week now. And still loving it. For some reason I don't really want to go back to Scotland. Although the weather today reminds me alot of Aberdeen.
But yeah there's something about Helsinki, which during the summer makes you not want to leave. Any ideas what it is??
Sisters polttarit on saturday :) Have got lots of fun things planned for her ... Pretty amazing that i managed to get everything sorted in such a short time. You would have thought that some of her friends would have done some planning before hand, but noooo..ach well
Really looking forward to her wedding :) got everything sorted for that.. The location is beautiful :))
Ian is loving Finland as well..And like me doesn't want to go back to Aberdeen.. Maybe i will just have to transfer my course here? hahaha.. I wish i could

So for the past week or so i've been busting my butt at work. Nothing unusual. It's been pretty fun though, as we have been busy which meant good tips :)) BUT also new starts, which meant people asking how to do stuff, which is fair enough as i was there once and know how it is... but.. when it's really busy it can get on your nerves a little bit. Call me a bitch, but hey...
Trip to Finland is only a few days away, which is muymuy exciting!! Can't wait. Lot's of plans already... Hopefully catch a festival or two.
:))) wooopppp wooop. Can't wait to see all my friends as well.. it's been awhile.. :)) GOOOOOD TIMESS!!!
Been thinking about where to live next year..well next term is what i mean. I really like this flat that me and Ian have at the moment. But it's quite expensive. And a friend offered us a room, which would be over 200pounds cheaper :) And it's a massive house :))) Gonna go see it on Sunday. Good stuff :))

So i haven't update in ages, and thought i'd write a quick update about what i've been up to...
Still living in Aberdeen :) Studying psychology...Going on 3rd year in September! Still loving my course. I live with my boyfriend Ian,who's a born and bread Aberdonian...we've been together for about 2 and a half years now :) Love him lots and lots.
Working as a barmaid in Soul bar, which is good fun. Loving making cocktails, and stuff...
In there full-time over the summer :) So sometimes i feels like i live there..hehehheeh...
I've made some great friends here, unfortunately most of them have now moved away from Aberdeen as they have just graduated.. BUT there's still my lovely work mates :)
Going back home to Finland in 2 weeks, and staying for about a month. Got my sisters wedding to look forward to at the end of July..
Well that's a quick update about what my life is like at moment... But will be writing in more :)

I realised that i hardly ever update.
BUT oh well
I'm at work at the moment. And i've run out of things to do. hehe. So here i am.. on livejournal. HOW EXCITING.
Two weeks and i'll be back home. BY home i mean Aberdeen. Yes that is my home right now. :) I can't wait to see our new house. This year i'll be living with Emma,Hayley and Anna. And i do think it's going to be great :) And as sad as it might sound, i can't wait to get to Moshulu. hahha YES a nightclub. BUT mainly to see my friends. and to jump about. and be an ass. :P it's great. I've hardly seen anyone while i've been in Finland. NOT because i don't want to but seems like noones around...(or im real shit at keepin contact)
I miss Emma. I haven't seen much of her this summer. BUT that will all change when we live together. Atleast i'll see her ONCE a week. ahahahahahah. probably a little more :P
My cousin Eve is coming over tomorrow. Gonna cook some food and watch a movie. :) haven't seen her for months. Maybe half a year to be exact.
Rachel will hopefully be in Aberdeen when i go back :) *crosses fingers* Coz i think she goes back to Bangkok on the 14th

Haven't updated in ages, so i thought i'd give it a go.
I'm currently at my dads in Varkaus (which probably doesn't say much to you people). I got here yesterday. My dad was nice enough to give me a ride. hehe
Today i went to see my granma. And before going there i was trying to remove my lip ring, but couldnt get the lock to open. SO i just had to go to hers with it in my lip. And ok. Right. So she has seen my previous piercings and let's just say she has not been very happy, so hence why i tried to take it out.. ONLY to save me from a huge lecture. BUT anyways. I got one. lol. And then after a while.. My aunt came over with her husband and daughter and her boyfriend. I haven't seen them in like a year so it was great. We had lunch at my granmas and then they went to our summer cottage. AND my dad came to pick my up and we went to his brothers place.We had a bit of a family gathering there.. all my aunts,uncles and their husbands/wifes were there..and my cousins and their familes were there....(apart from one family) It was realy nice. We had some food and just hung about :)
Then my and my dad came back and watched a film.
So yah, a very nice day :) Even though i don't normally like to visit my relatives. hhehehehe. |

havent updated in ages.
This last 6 months has been pretty good. Only bad thing was that i dropped out of college, but that was because I got into university and couldn't be bothered with my college course anymore. It wasn't that great anyways... I was expecting alot more from the course.
In Finland now for summer holidays
Going to Brazil 16.6-7.7 :)
Then back to Finland until the 11.8
July's gonna be well busy. So i get back to finland on the 7th. And then on the 13th Ross and Steph are coming to visit, and staying till the 16th. Then on the 20th Sarah and Ian :) are coming... I think they're staying till the 27th. Then i'm meant to be going to sweden to see my sister,tomi and joonatan.
Also im gonna be working all this time. Hehehhe BUT atleast i wont just be sitting on my ass... And will actually have things to do. I hope this summer will be WARM. I want some sunny days in Helsinki.
Emma and Anna come on the 13th :) yey.
hmmm. what else what else. I miss Ian
I'm gonna be living with Emma,Anna and hailey (dont know exactly how to spell her name) next year. Well next school year i mean :)) that's gonna be insane, but great!!!!.......... can hardly wait.
Alrighty well i'm a work. VERY bored. Nothing really to do. BUT i shall go and pretend i'm doin something. |

So tomorrow i go back to Aberdeen. It's been 3 weeks. I haven't really updated properly during my time here (not that i do a good job of it when i'm actually in Aberdeen). anyhow.. So i decided to write bout the highlights of my trip. :)
- It was really nice to see my mum, even though it was only for like 3 days. BUT I had missed her so even 1 day would have been fine. WELL only sucked when she told me she was going to Brazil. Evil woman. lol. But then again.. I'm going in June. So all is fine :) hehe
- Went to a karaoke bar, and saw about 20 santas drunk. It was interesting
- Sweden. It was great. I had missed my sister and Joonatan so much. AND it was great, because Joonatan had a completely different attitude towards me, this time he wasn't jelous. SO now i'm the cool aunt. So we spent great moments, reading ace books bout big and small trucks and going downhill so so so fast in his new Stiga. :) it was fun. And christmas was great. I haven't had a proper christmas in a LONG LONG time. It was great seeing how children see it, It brings the old christmas spirit back. It was lovely seeing Joonatan all excited bout Santa Clause, who btw was my dad. lol
And the food. OMG. There is nothing better than christmas dinner. Yummy.
Playing in the snow was fun too :) Attempted at making a snow man. but there was too little snow. SO made angels instead :) hehehe. It was great seeing my dad too. I'm still a bit akward around him sometimes. i don't know. It's weird.BUT i missed him, so it was nice :)
- then back in Finland. Had the house to myself. Emma spent a few nights over. It was great. I would have been so lonely. lol
- went out with some friends.. Emma,Anssi,Dumbass,Aino,Mettis,Henkka and Antero. If i forgot to mention someone. I'm sorry. Went to this bar-club Bäärikärpänen... I hadn't been there before. Got VERY drunk. Got harassed by some foreign man. It was funny. Had a great night. And lots and lots of fun. :)
- watched 16hrs of the O.C. FUCKING EXCELLENT! Now i wanna watch season 3!
- I had my hair cut
- Joonatan and my sis came to visit. :)
- Spent almost the whole holiday online or watching TV. :) it was great. I don't get to do that in 'deen.
Over all it was a nice holiday. I was meant to do all this school work. BUT i didn't. Shit. I DID SOME. but not enough.
BUT I'm ready to go back. yes. :)

Wow. It's been a while since i last updated.
Welll.. the reason for that is that.. Unfortunatly i don't get to check livejournal back in Aberdeen. This is coz..it's been blocked on our school computers. But it's all good. Atleast i don't spend all my time infront of my computer like i do when i'm back home. hehe
Anyhow
So Aberdeen. I havent really said much about it. But yeah i'm really enjoying it. my course is fun. Apart from Watercolours which i just cant stand. ugh. I've made some great friends. And my flat mates are sweet. I live with 4 other girls, who are all from Scotland.
Finland is beautiful. Snowy. And beautiful. it's a bit too cold. but hey. It's worth it. I dont think i could stay here longer than 3 weeks though. hehe. It's a nice place to come back to.
Im going to my sisters for christmas. Can't wait :)
I think the only thing i really miss bout Aberdeen just now... is the emo kids. LOL.

dont have much time
So yeah.
Moved to Aberdeen. So far ive met 2 of my flat mates.. the others havent moved in.
These girls seem fine. Havent had any arguments..yet. hehehe.
Been ou two times. I like it . I really like it.
Aberdeen seems great.
MY course starts on monday
Had my induction on wednesday...went really well..
